What Is Liv Lavishli jewelry made out of?

Liv Lavishli jewelry is made with a base metal of high quality brass. Our gold pieces are 18k gold plated, and our silver pieces are rhodium plated unless otherwise stated in product description. We make sure that our Jewelry is high shine and tarnish resistant by utilizing a 3x plating technique. 
 
 


How long does tarnish resistance last?


 We have quality tried and tested all of our pieces in various wear and water situations to ensure we offer only the best affordable luxury jewelry on the market. Please be sure to read the description of each product as we list our personal recommendation for the care of each piece of jewelry. For example, improper care; getting our pieces frequently wet and submerged in water without drying with a towel our plating will last from 6 months to a year. Our pieces do not turn the skin green they simply begin to tarnish themselves. With proper care our jewelry pieces will last you years!

How should I care for my Liv Lavishli Jewelry?

* Avoid getting the jewelry wet with water, soap, perfume, lotion and other chemicals. If the jewelry does get wet, wipe it immediately with a soft cloth.

* Avoid getting the jewelry wet with your sweat. Remove the jewelry when you are going to engage in some strenuous physical activity.

* Remove the plated jewelry when you sleep at night to reduce contact with bare skin.

* Store the jewelry in a dry place. Also, it is best to store the plated jewelry separate from other plated jewelry (either you keep them in individual plastic pouches or separate them in the jewelry box). Do not store or keep several plated jewelry in a single bin. Several plated jewelry in a single bin will rub or scratch against each other and will cause the plating to fade faster.

* If your Jewelry does get wet be sure to dry It off as soon as possible!   


Tips for restoring tarnishing jewelry.. yes no one is perfect with jewelry care so here is some helpful advice! 


Vinegar can help clean green gunk on jewelry. Pour some white vinegar in a cup or a bowl and soak your verdigris-filled jewelry for about half an hour. After the half hour is through, you can pull your jewelry out and brush it again with a toothbrush. Rinse it well in water and then dry it with a soft and clean cloth! 


A paste of baking soda and water rubbed onto the metal removes patina and dirt. Toothpaste can also remove tarnish patina from silver items. Store silver items in cloth bags to prevent further tarnish from developing!

What is your return policy?


 We take absolute care and pride in our packaging methods and quality control of products that we offer, and we hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase with us and do not desire to return it. However, in the case that you do this is our return policy.. 


* We do not accept refunds or exchanges on jewelry products for any reasons other than a jewelry piece being damaged, defective, or a mishap on our end.

* We have a 7-day-money-back guarantee for any non-custom jewelry item that breaks within the seven days of receiving the item. You must notify us within that time frame in order to be eligible.

* Due to sanitary and health reasons our lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We apologize if this is at any inconvenience to you.

* If a product is defective you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

* Custom Jewelry is strictly non-refundable as each item is hand crafted and made to order.

* Refunds or exchanges are simply at cost value of the item at the price it was purchased at and shipping fees are non-refundable. Should you have received free shipping and wish to return/exchange, then the shipping fee would then be deducted from your return/exchange value. 

* Please contact our customer service via info@livlavishli.com if you wish to return an item or have any issues regarding your order.

All non-custom orders are processed within 7 business days.
